Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how NAS YAZILIM ÜRETİM BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you play Horde Sort (the “Game”).

By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

01 Who We Are

The Game is operated by NAS YAZILIM ÜRETİM BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ.. For any privacy-related questions, you can reach us at [email protected].

02 Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, or other contact details to play the Game.

However, the Game uses third-party services that automatically collect certain information to provide ads, analytics, and crash reporting. This may include:

  • Device & technical information — device model, operating system version, language and region settings, and similar diagnostic data.
  • Identifiers — your device’s advertising identifier (e.g. Android Advertising ID / AAID) and app-instance identifiers.
  • Approximate location — coarse, IP-based location (e.g. country/region). We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Usage data — in-game events such as levels played, session length, and interactions, used to understand how the Game is used.
  • Crash & performance data — diagnostic logs generated when the Game crashes or behaves unexpectedly.

03 Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on the following Google services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob

Serves the ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded) shown in the Game. AdMob may collect and use the advertising identifier, IP address, and ad-interaction data to deliver and measure ads. Learn more in How Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics for Firebase

Helps us understand aggregate usage and improve the Game. Learn more in the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.

Firebase Crashlytics

Collects crash and diagnostic data so we can find and fix stability issues. Governed by the same Firebase Privacy terms.

04 How We Use Information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Game.
  • To display advertising, which helps us keep the Game free.
  • To analyze usage trends and game performance in aggregate.
  • To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve stability.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

05 Advertising

The Game shows ads served by Google AdMob. Depending on your settings and region, these ads may be personalized (based on your interests) or non-personalized.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, in line with applicable law.

You can limit ad tracking at any time through your device settings — for example, on Android via Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized advertising.

06 Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we process data on the following legal bases: your consent (for personalized advertising and similar purposes), and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Game (for analytics, crash reporting, and non-personalized ads).

07 Data Sharing & International Transfers

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the third-party service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies.

These providers may store and process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

08 Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Data held by our third-party providers is retained according to their respective retention policies.

09 Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10 Children’s Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11 Security

We and our service providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may be communicated within the Game.
